Solving one of the harder problems in the energy transition

Tarucca Technology B.V. is an Eindhoven-based company founded to answer a specific question: how do you keep critical infrastructure safe, efficient and productive across its full intended lifetime, when you cannot easily go and look at it?

We started with wind turbine blades, the single most expensive and hardest-to-inspect component in a wind farm. Today we work across blades, mooring lines and subsea power cables, and the same philosophy has taken us onto bridges, into manufacturing plants in the Brainport region, and into the defence domain: embed intelligence into the asset, give operators real insight, and remove inspection and maintenance that is not earning its keep.

We are a small, focused team with deep expertise in three intersecting domains: AI and data science, photonic and optical sensing, and structural dynamics. We are part of the Dutch photonics ecosystem through PhotonDelta, active in offshore wind innovation consortia, and partnered with Eindhoven University of Technology for funded research.

We believe the energy transition depends not only on building more renewable infrastructure, but on making that infrastructure smarter, more resilient and longer-lived. That is what we are building.

Infrastructure that thinks for itself

We envision a world where high-value infrastructure assets think for themselves and operate in harmony with the planet. Every structure equipped to sense, understand and act on its own condition. Failures predicted before they happen. Maintenance intelligent, circular and minimal. The line between physical and digital vanishing, enabling resilient, climate-positive systems that need fewer resources yet deliver more.

In that future, humans stay in the loop where their judgement and expertise matter most, and the infrastructure takes care of the rest.
